DescriptionManage the HR function, handling all polices & procedures for KSA, employee services and compliance with Saudi employment lawImplement and maintain policies and procedures including a performance appraisal system and salary gradingMember of the senior leadership team, drive changes and decisionsResponsible for all employee servicesOversee KSA HR budgetLead recruitment cycle for employees at all levels and maintain relationships with recruitment agenciesDeliver company training and manage the training calendarMonitor all legal requirements in line with KSA employment lawRun employee engagement initiatives
Profile10 years HR experience, at least 2-3 in a management roleExperience within a global multinational FMCG or consumer goods company is a mustFull working knowledge of KSA employment law and proven compliance experienceStrong leadership qualities and be able to influence senior stakeholdersCandidates must be based in Jeddah or relocate to JeddahSAUDI NATIONALS only for this role due to localisation laws
Salary package between SAR 30,000 – SAR 40,000 (basic, housing, transport) plus bonus.
