General Manager Sales Industrial Products
Under the general direction, plans, directs, and coordinate the Almutlak Group Factories sales operation and services taking into consideration devising and implementing sales strategies, forecasting sales, managing/supervising the sales force, actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customers, maintaining relations with agents and customers. Establishes and sustain the smooth sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives.
Analyzes sales statistics gathered by Sales team in the whole Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.
Monitors the preferences of customers. Managing/Supervises and evaluates selling efforts of the sales team in the Kingdom.
Ensures close and timely coordination with the different divisions and units of Almutlak i.e., factories for the availability of products and their timely delivery to clients.
Provides monthly KPI showing actual results compared to budget sales forecast for the Group Factories products, also execute what is business logics to enhance P&L bottom results (NOP), keeping “selling” Profitable sales as top priority.
