HR Generalist interim- Riyadh – Ulker Saudi -part of pladis group
The role of the junior HR generalist is to provide support to the human resources manager performing different administrative tasks while providing service to its customers. The position will execute daily activities following standard operating procedures. During the process, the generalist will get an understanding of the meaning and impact of the different activities performed on the company’s HR objectives
after 3 month of assessments, The successful candidate will be an experienced HR generalist on a permanent contract , comfortable leading on activities such as job and performance evaluation, employee relations, coaching and supporting managers and employee engagement.
They will be comfortable working with and supporting many different stakeholder groups inside and outside saudi.
