HR Transactions Outsourcing Services
• Responsible for operations and Service delivery of HR Transactions Outsourcing Services Business: Operations, transactions delivery , process , Payroll management for clients, Benefits administrations.
• Driving best practices while adding value to customer business .
• Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) / Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) that are applicable as per the contract signed with the each client.
• Service delivery model , Ensure proper Work-flow and operational model is effective and in place.
• Manage HR Managed Services Outsourcing Business for SMEs clients by using “Build- Operate – Transfer” model.
• Generate Reports to assess the quality of operations and customer experience.
• Engaging with the multiple client organization counterpart and maintain and grow relationship with them.
• Engaging with account leaders and support functions to ensure smooth functioning of delivery.
• Identifying opportunities for further business growth.
