Irrigation Sales Director – Alkhorayef Group
· Design and implement Sales strategy and roadmap to support company strategy.
Establish Sales plans and provide input to company goals that support its overall strategic plans ·
Collaborate with other Department to identify Sales required projects to meet future business demands ·
Lead, direct, and control all Sales function’s activities so that policies, procedures, and activities meet the short and long-term business objectives, comply with regulations and standards, and protect the public reputation.
Activities include: sales forecasting; pricing, sales and business development activities; invoicing, credit and payment administration·
Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage the most complex or strategically important business opportunities in order to maximize business interests·
Lead the most important, complex, controversial or difficult meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect business interests ·
Establish targets in areas such as sales volume, gross profit, and/or business development and monitor the performance of against these targets and determine reasons because variances·
Lead the development of promotions, product packaging, and prospect activities to drive sales efforts, and assess their impact and profitability·
Approve special discounts within authority limits·
Reject or authorize credit applications in accordance with company standards and establish appropriate repayment terms to minimize the credit risk ·
Monitor and analyze areas such as sales volume, gross profit, sales and market trends and movements to determine ways to drive profitability·
Ensure achievement of sales business plans by forming partnerships with current and potential key customers and identifying new business opportunities·
Establish a network with potential and existing key customers and organizations in the region to explore opportunities for increasing market share·
Develop and foster external contacts in the region to keep well informed about developments in theory and practices related to Business·
Manage Sales’ budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process ·
Manage Sales effectively within budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered·
Formulate strategies that result in positive financial impact for company and mitigates financial and operational risks.
