Key account Sales Associate – Al Musbah Group
Key account salesperson in Modern chain will lead & drive sales and execution in assign Key account customers/ stores. He will be responsible for achieving sales targets on a monthly basis while maintaining optimum availability & visibility in assigned stores at any given time.
Sales target achievement.
Implement and maintain contract compliance and promotional activities.
Regular call cycle for all key account branches and customer central warehouses.
Create and implement workable and effective journey route on agreed format ensuring that all buyers and section heads are visited weekly
90% of the time spent in the market.
Complete a daily sales report and submit to the area supervisor.
Ensure that all SKUs are available in branches and central warehouse.
Regularly check prices and update area, supervisor
Manage short expiry and damages.
Manage and maintain a share of shelf, promotional displays, and forward stocks.
Manage and maintain customer central warehouse stocks.
Monitor merchandiser activity – coordinate schedules and workload.
Give direction and guidance to the merchandising team in line with key account objectives.
Customer purchase order input, collection and follow up.
Submit P.O.s to sales administrator daily and follow up on delivering dates.
Review daily with sales administrator the progress of all P.O.S
Collect customer payment
Ensure that all issues are addressed immediately and are reported to the area supervisor.
Monitor merchandiser availability reports by principal and review with the area supervisor.
Report on competitor activity.
