Maintenance Planner – Hays in 14 – saudi arabia
Our client, located in Saudi Arabia, is a major producer and international supplier of premium grade formaldehyde and formaldehyde derivatives, super plasticizers and various resins, which have a diverse variety of uses and applications including agricultural fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, paper manufacturing and the production of various types of concrete. They are currently looking for a Maintenance Planner. Responsibilities for the role will be as follows – • Receive the SAP notifications / job cards, create maintenance order and plan, discuss in detail the SAP notifications received from operations with maintenance engineers for assigning resources and spares. • Receive material / spares / services requirement from maintenance engineers and prepare scope of work / specifications / code number. Prepare purchase requisition (PR) in SAP and follow-up with materials department to receive spares / services in timely manner. • Updates the history of job in SAP and closes the work orders • Periodically review and improve existing planning procedures. • Provide inputs regarding spares and services for budgeting purpose. • Responsible for the preparation on the schedule of corrective and preventive maintenance activities • Focal point for updating the status of the notifications and work orders in schedule list • Responsible for communicating the work maintenance section, operation, engineering and reliability when required • To schedule meeting with operation and maintenance section. • Develop work plans for maintenance jobs with necessary information to allow efficient scheduling and execution of maintenance work • Prepare reports in a timely and continuous manner to meet company requirements, policies and standards. • Prepare and release the statistical report on backlogs, prepare the key performance Indicator • Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. Minimum Requirements: • Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation or B.S. in Mechanical & Instrumentation Engineering • Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in Refinery, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers or Equivalent industries in the field of construction and maintenance planning/scheduling. • Must have the knowledge, experience and skills of day-to-day maintenance planning and scheduling activities. • Must have the knowledge, experience and skills of handling and coordinating minor/major Turnarounds shutdowns including big projects. • Must be proficient with computer knowledge on MS office, windows, MS outlook, MS project etc. and must have very good presentation skills. • Should have sounds technical knowledge of Engineering Standards and different industrial rules and regulations. • Must have knowledge on bench marking techniques for a petrochemical plant.
