Manager, Employer and Community Engagement – Al Majma’ah Female Campus – Niagara College KSA – NC KSA
Niagara College, widely regarded as one of Canada’s most innovative applied learning post-secondary institutions, has expanded its international reach through five satellite campuses located in Saudi Arabia. With a strategic focus on developing “world-ready and work-ready” graduates, the campuses specialize in delivering a number of diploma programs in the areas of tourism, hospitality, business, occupational health & safety, IT, and a foundation program for English language development.
Applicants are invited for the position of Manager, Employer & Community Engagement, Niagara College KSA, Al Majma’ah female campus. Reporting to the Associate Principal, Academic, the Manager, Employer & Community Engagement is responsible for the development of comprehensive services to support and engage students in their pursuit of employment. These services include the delivery of on the job training preparation and support to students, operation of the on-campus Job Centre supporting all students and graduates, annual employer recruitment events such as career fairs and the development of extensive on-line resources and supports for students and graduates.
This position has a duration of 12 months, with possibility of renewal. It is expected that the incumbent be flexible in terms of hours of work and maintain confidentiality, diplomacy and tact regarding internal and external relations.
