Marketing Brand Manager. – Al KHAIRAT COMPANY
Prepare, develop and implement an effective business plan for the brand in order to achieve company targets in business development and profit gain.
Main responsibilities :
– To be competent in market information relating to competitors, retailers, products, and consumers
– To be able to use a suitable marketing mix to achieve best possible results in line with overall objectives
– To be able to negotiate and hunt for bargains with suppliers in order to achieve optimal stock with optimal prices and delivery terms
– To negotiate contracts with retailers and key accounts to facilitate sales increases, optimal shelf space and to be able to obtain good deals.
– It is imperative to be able to build business relationships with customers
– To develop a comprehensive business plan: sales, marketing, purchasing, inventory management, profitability, with all taking into account macro and micro economic factors
– Continuous sales supervision, following up customers, sales branch or salesmen to be proactive rather than reactive in reaching objectives
– To be creative in using new marketing methods, and in finding the right product for the right consumer.
– To be able to create POS material as well as any other promotional tools, keeping brand image and overall appeal intact.
– To coordinate and manage a promotional mix in a timely manner to reach target consumers with maximum penetration.
– To control inventory management and costs: optimization is required on all fronts
– To continuously update sales team with product knowledge .
– Our Brand manger is responsible for all operational steps up forward ,starting from item creation- ( following up production, shipment, arrival, distribution to branches) – pricing – marketing and then after sales studies
