    Our client is leading food manufacturing and distribution business. Established in 1941 in Jeddah. The business is comprises of a leading importing, distribution and meat manufacturing companies, marketing its own brands plus a select portfolio of international brands.


  • Seasoned Key Account, Trade Channel Manager within FMCG industry experience
  • have managed top accounts like Panda, Othaim, Carrefour, Lulu etc at the HO level, involved in Building Performance, set volume and share targets and lead the channel strategy.
  • The NKAM will engage with the Sales team to ensure high performance and increase the brand’s footprint in the Modern Trade Channel.
  • The NKAM must have a strong negotiation skills
  • He will be responsible for handling all related topics with Key Accounts including BDA negotiation and implementation, accounts follow up (with the account and sales team)
  • Assist in all elements of the business processes including forecasting, promotional planning/evaluation, business and market reporting.
  • Launch new products and keep tracking record on performance
  • Highly effective achiever, who can create a shared vision, energise others, challenge status quo and drive change
  • Accountable for profitable business growth across all accounts across all regions of KSA and will be responsible for modern trade/banner market share across.
  • Work to influence business and drive relationships with the customer.
  • Profile

  • Passion for winning and who have demonstrated excellence in their work and academic experience.
  • University Degree with 4+ years of work experience in key account and Trade Channel in the FMCG environment.
  • Must be a great negotiator, high analytic skills, demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain strong business relationship.
  • Technical competencies and behavioural aspects are critical as this position is reporting directory to Sales Director so the basic building blocks for being a leader need to be in place.
