National Key Account Manager is responsible for key account sales across the Kingdom. This role is accountable for acquiring new customers and achieving the sales targets for entire kingdom from key accounts. He / She maintains excellent relationships with customers and manages the business development agreements across regions

DescriptionParticipate in building the sales strategy of the companyCreate and propose annual sales plans for key accounts basis experience, historical trends and market scenarioPrepare, propose and control the sales budget with financial and resource requirements for achieving the annual sales targetsCascade annual and monthly sales targets to regional sales teamsUnderstand market trends and provide recommendations on brand positioning, pricing and promotionsOwn, implement and ensure compliance of the key account sales processes and policiesCoach and guide the sales and merchandising teams to provide best-in-class customer serviceCollaborate with supply chain and accounts departments to ensure that key account customers are dealt as high priorityReview daily sales results across regions and adapt sales strategy to maximise the revenue from key accountsMonitor implementation of branding and merchandising activities. Leverage customer relationships to enhance the impact of these activities
Profile12+ years of experience in Sales & MarketingMinimum of 5 years of experience in Sales leadership role at an FMCG companyBachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Sales/ Marketing MajorsProficiency in written and verbal Arabic and English languagePreferably a Master’s degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Sales/ Marketing
