Professional Development Trainer needed to work in Saudi Arabia Position Description Serves as an advisor to an assigned administrative area to establish strategies for the development of all security staff, and coordinates the development of all personnel within ISO’s training programs. The incumbent is also responsibly charged with the administrative area’s Professional Development Program (PDP). He will have an in depth understanding of curriculum development, have thorough knowledge of writing and editing materials, lead curriculum & test development project while focusing on cost benefit strategies. Minimum Requirements A. Requires a BS, or BA degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial and Organizational Psychology plus 6 year’s experience B. Twelve 12 years of related experience in the applicable career field such as Education, Staff Development, Organizational Behavior. C. Must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and be able to develop and deliver high caliber presentations to management and staff. D. Must be able to develop and deliver professional certification training programs. E. Masters degree preferred.
