Project Coordinator – Arkad
•A project coordinator confers with Project Manager to understand the scope of a project.
•Meet with the Project Management Team, ensuring that each team member understands their responsibilities and accountabilities.
•Serve as the point person for the project.
•Must be able to understand Isometric and construction drawings.
•Reads and interprets design drawings
•Coordinate all QA/QC activity plan including RFI as per site condition to avoid waiting and wastage of resources.
•Coordinates and oversees the preparation of required equipment for use of the project.
•All coordination duties including human resources, all work related to fabrication are and ensure all are performed in conformance with project quality standards and client’s specifications.
•Check, review and computes amount of material and manage all supplier relationships.
•Responsible in relaying information between the project manager and client.
•Handles all paperwork and or documentation preparations and processes.
•Prepares bills and invoices, as well budget and progress reports.
•Full safety awareness to prevent any accident or that might damage facilities during the execution of works and performing coordination activities at work places.
•Ensure attendance at training courses, seminars, etc. as required by the Company.
