Sales & Marketing Manager
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing big sales team.
Train & develop the skills of the sales team (persuasion, product knowledge…etc.)
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Establish and review sales pipeline.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Establish goals and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic planners.
Expert in devolving B2C market mix and whole market plan.
Define evaluation criteria for third party agencies & serve as the final point of authorization of agents, credit policy, etc.
Expert in creating polices and procedure that compatible with market plan.
Review periodic sales report showing sales volume and value and potential sales to identify performance gaps.
Actively engaged in promoting company brand, services and products using various mediums such as conferences, exhibitions, & etc.
Develop sales & marketing plans and develop strategies for establishing these plans.
Assist in developing business development plans.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Ensure and establish environment for continual improvement & creativity.
Sales & Reporting
Prepare & present monthly, quarterly & yearly Sales Report to the GM.
Work closely with Operations department for the purpose of sales forecasting & product management.
Coordinate with Finance to review all expenses of team, review pricings, and gross margin calculations.
