Sales Supervisor – Modern Dairy Plant ( BADR DAIRY )
1- The primary role is to guide the sales team to achieve the company’s goals.
2- Working closely with store manager to care about products shelf life well.
2- Maintain team spirit within the work to get the best results.
3- Commitment with the rules of working inside and outside the company to provide the best level of service required.
4 Should never update any customer or competitor of the company with a specific information’s which could cause bad effects to the company.
5- Commitment with requested from sales management and implemented according to a schedule as well as can.
6- Provide sales managements with a reports about the competitor’s offers, prices, new products, and also customer’s satisfaction feedback.
7- Following up the daily sales achieved by each sales rep VS daily target.
8- Should have a daily market visit with sales reps to support them and solving any issues in the same line with company policy.
9- Full awareness with all sales reps routes to keep company clients and improving as much as can to be matching with them needs.
10-Arrange routes per sales rep with a right way to save time and efforts and to provide customers with the required standard quality as much as they can.
