Job Description • Achieve a well-organized plan and schedule of all required plant maintenance activities, through effective planning & organizing, communication and coordination with all operating units, in order to achieve plant reliability. • Review the weekly schedule for accuracy of work duration, clear work to be done description, capacity planning, work orders grouping, and operation change over schedule is followed. • Supervise planned and unplanned shutdown planning and scheduling. Ensure resource availability. • Follow up shutdown execution, report deviation with recommended actions to catch the schedule in case of delay. • Review maintenance KPI’s and review deviation reasons and takes necessary actions to achieve the targets. Follow up recommended actions for planning and other departments and sections. • Participate in maintenance budget and provide all necessary planning inputs for budget preparation. • Report recommended actions to improve preventative maintenance programs. • Ensure the review of the new corrective Maintenance work requests for correct entity number, clear work description and proper priority. • Supervise plans analysis by planners and make sure all planned work orders have correct maintenance group, sub task if required, required spares, accurate work duration and correct action to be done. • Coordinate and follow up with Maintenance, Operation, and Engineering: • Ensure correct Planning information entry into CMMS • Review outstanding work orders and ensure correct status of each • Assigns the modification and additions requests to Engineering for study • Reviews the preventive Maintenance work orders and make it ready for scheduling • Updates minor work list • Achieve > or = to 98% completion of all issued and workable work orders • On-time implementation and completion of planned and scheduled maintenance overhauls. • Establish 90% coverage of PM for all equipment as per manufacturer’s requirements. • On-time updating, printing and distribution of PM work orders for implementation. • Submission of suggestions • Complete attendance on HSE trainings • Revise 20 equipment available PMs in OCEN and compare it to Vendor manuals • Develop standard model for minor and major overhauls and summarizes coverage. • Prepares list of logistical requirements to support implementation of overhauling plan • Fill All the PM tasks in OCEN with the duration • Prepare 20 Planning sheets for most important jobs • Identify, plan and prepare PRs for the required spare parts, tools, materials and consumables for the scheduled plant overhauls. • Fully recorded communication with Maintenance Leaders and Shift Leaders. On-time communication with Operations, Safety, Warehouse and Technical Services. • University graduate/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical or related field) • Licensed professional engineer • Strong knowledge of maintenance and materials planning in the utilities environments. • At least 5 years related professional experience , with at least 1 year in supervisory • At least 3 years work experience in maintenance planning or maintenance section/department in power plant operations (preferably, ISO certified). • Highly organized, strong analytical and communication skills; attention to details and initiative, strong personality and capable to audit the activities report of technicians.
