Strategic Planning Contribution :-
Determines where an organization is heading Over the next year or more.
Formulates strategies, suggests changes, improvements to current business plans, policies and procedures.
Formulates recommendations to the management on how to Optimize and related recommendations.
Identify priorities and Objectives and selecting valuable strategies that can proceed With it further and Support and introduce solutions for strategic issues.
He would conduct organizational reviews to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities.
Performance Monitoring & Management.
Validate and Challenge functional performances for reporting.
Analyzing performance/KPl manuals for continuous improvement and upgrades.
Collaborate with SS Functions to define performance KPIS and Set targets.
Perform evaluate functions for internal benchmarking Of KPIs.
Assist in formulating policies for reporting dashboards and following up on deviations.
