Superintendent, Production
Taldeen Plastic Solutions – Jeddah, Makkah – An exciting opportunity is available for Superintendent, Production, based in Jeddah and will reports directly to Manager, Lead Plants (Riyadh & Jeddah). Summary: Supervises the on going performance of all assets (plant and people) in the concerned plant to ensure their safety, quality and operations in order to meet predefined, on going and developing business needs and maintain the uninterrupted supply of the specified product. They work closely with the shift supervisor to monitor day to day activities and troubleshooting for plant related issues and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible of: 1. Oversees all preparations of relevant shifts/daily reports 2. Manages manpower (e.g. shift, over-time coverage etc.) to ensure that there is adequate coverage to run safe operations. 3.
