Supply Chain Manager
Under the general direction, responsible for the planning, leading, organizing, and controlling the activities of the Supply Chain Department that involves strategic planning for the department and its tactical operations. Leads the major functions that include: planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of the subordinates involved in purchasing materials, products, and services; manages activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, and delivery ensuring that policies and procedures related thereto are complied with and maintained at given standards by all concerned; develops, recommends strategies, and build a system to accurately manage and measure the organization’s compliance to the policies, procedures, and standards; exploring, recommending and selection of the right suppliers for the best interest of Almutlak Trade and Industries hence, sources, compares, set pricing and deliberate contracts and payment schedules as well as monitor the process to ensure that it all runs smoothly; coordinates with the strategic business units/manufacturing departments for their requirements to ensure that overall company supplies are sufficient to meet the production demands; managing the warehouse, logistics and transport for the just-in-time availability and delivery of goods.
Provides monthly KPI showing actual results compared to budget, Provide recommendations to bridge variances.
